Refund policy
Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date for issue of original payment method.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit.
- Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return. Items with signs of wear, odor, or other defects will not be accepted.
- Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless orders were not fulfilled correctly or there were defective products received. In those cases, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to describe the issues and include pictures as necessary.
- Sale/clearance items are final sale.
- We are unable to offer exchanges, but store credits from returns can be used to purchase the desired item if available.
- Please allow us 3-7 business days to process returns upon receival.
