Policies

It is our goal to ensure customer satisfaction for all. We hope to foster a fair and enjoyable shopping experience (and are constantly looking for ways to improve).

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit. We are unable to offer refunds in other forms of payment for a return.
  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return. Items with signs of wear, odor, or other defects will not be accepted.
  • Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless orders were not fulfilled correctly or there were defective products received. In those cases, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to describe the issues and include pictures as necessary.
  • Sale/clearance items are final sale.
  • We are unable to offer exchanges, but store credits from returns can be used to purchase the desired item if available.
  • Please allow us 3-7 business days to process returns upon receival.

Shipping:

  • Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order. This may vary during sales or the holiday season. Shipping times do not include processing day(s). We strive to get orders to our customers as soon as possible.
  • Customers should expect an email to the address provided at checkout when orders are processed.
  • No adjustments or additions can be made to an order after it has been placed.
  • Order cancellations are unavailable, but eligible items can be returned for a store credit.
  • Purposed is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or carrier delays. Once a package has left our warehouse, we are no longer liable for it. Please be sure to provide accurate shipping information to avoid issues.
